Sales roundup for Braeburn, week ending Jan. 20

There were six sales in Braeburn for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8514 Wateka Drive. Bess Tsaroumis, Christy D. Tsaroumis and Nick Tsaroumis sold the home to Bess Tsaroumis and Nick Tsaroumis on Friday, Jan. 18.
