Sales roundup for Meyerland, week ending Jan. 20

There were six sales in Meyerland for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5410 Lymbar Drive. Koren Holdings LLC sold the home to Jeffrey S. Stanton and Lisa B. Stanton on Wednesday, Jan. 16.

Built in 1958, the 2,201-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Marilyn Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 4955 Braesheather Drive by David Thomas Tanenbaum and Hazel Kay Mizel Tanenbaum (estate) to David Tanenbaum and the sale of 8611 Manhattan Drive by Lindsey Parker Bozeman to Isaac Siperstein and Valentina Siperstein.

Sales volume was 40 percent lower than the previous week and 20 percent higher than the same week in 2012. Meyerland has averaged eight sales per week during the last 12 months.
