Fort Bend Bush grad Ezeh scores 13 in Texas State loss
Fort Bend Bush High School graduate Ashley Ezeh contributed 13 points in Texas State University's 74-65 loss to conference rival UTSA on Feb. 16 at Convocation Center in San Antonio.
The junior forward also recorded three rebounds for the Bobcats, who are 9-15 on the season and 3-11 in the Western Athletic Conference.
Texas State's next game is 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20 on the road against Houston Baptist.
Ezeh is a 2010 graduate of Bush High School. There she played for coach Christina Rankin and was ranked one of the top 10 players in the Houston area coming out of high school by Houston Prep Report, and one of the top 100 players in Texas by the FCP Report. The Houston native graduated Cum Laude and is the daughter of Boniface and Mercy Ezeh.
