Weekly sales roundup for Sharpstown, week ending Jan. 6

There were nine sales in Sharpstown for the week ending Jan. 6, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7215 S. Gessner Road. Gold Coast Equity LLC sold the home to Triumvirate Real Estate Investments LLC on Thursday, Jan. 3.
