Weekly sales roundup for Central Southwest, week ending Dec. 30

There were seven sales in Central Southwest for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5718 Trafalgar Drive. Melvin Louis Drummond sold the home to MRD LLC Series Trafalger on Thursday, Dec. 27. The 1,437-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1959 and is located in the Windsor Village subdivision.
