Weekly sales roundup for Sharpstown, week ending Dec. 30

There were six sales in Sharpstown for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7907 Sandpiper Drive. Greenlet Property LLC sold the home to Janie J. LeBoeuf on Thursday, Dec. 27. The 1,630-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1952 and is located in the Sharpstown subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 6830 Langdon Lane to MRD LLC and the sale of 7923 Pella Drive to Cindy Hoang Ngo and Michael Quangphung Ngo.
