14th annual Trailblazer Awards scheduled for Feb. 7
Amy Sablatura, Kathleen "Kaki" Herd, Barbara Jordan, Joan Lyons and Lynda Hartman will be recognized by the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Thursday, Feb. 7..
The 14th annual Trailblazer Awards, sponsored by The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, will be held Thursday, Feb. 7 at Royal Sonesta Hotel in Houston.
The event will start at 11 a.m.
According to a press release from The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, "The event will feature a luncheon and fashion show for 750 guests. Local television anchor Dominique Sachse will preside as mistress of ceremonies. The reception will be followed by the presentation of honorees, fashion show and lunch."
The 2013 Trailblazer Award recipients are Lynda Hartman, Kathleen "Kaki" Herd, Joan Lyons and Amy Sablatura. Barbara Jordan is the recipient of the Pearl Award.
Royal Sonesta Hotel is at 2222 W. Loop South Freeway, Houston.
