Bellaire grad Hartman records 2 assists in Oklahoma loss
Bellaire High School graduate Jasmine Hartman recorded one rebound and two assists for the University of Oklahoma in a 82-61 loss against conference rival Iowa State on Jan. 15, according to Oklahoma's website.
The Sooners are 14-3 on the season and 4-1 in the Big 12 Conference. Oklahoma's next game is 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 19 at home against University of Texas at Austin.
Hartman, a 5-foot-10 senior guard for the University of Oklahoma, is a 2008 graduate of Bellaire High School. She was named the District 20-5A Most Valuable Player her senior year in high school and also earned first team all-state honors. She was rated the nation's No. 12 point guard in the class of 2008 by SLAM Magazine. She is a Houston native.
