Weekly sales roundup for Greater Fondren Southwest, week ending Dec. 23

There were nine sales in Greater Fondren Southwest for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7806 Braes Meadow Drive. Ruth Karger and Walter Karger (estate) sold the home to Ruth Karger on Friday, Dec. 21. The 2,440-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1960 and is located in the Braeburn Valley subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 14600 Fonmeadow Drive, Unit 1304, to Yuk Keung and Shu Yi Tong.
