Weekly sales roundup for Sharpstown, week ending Dec. 23

There were 10 sales in Sharpstown for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7702 Dashwood Drive. Rhett G. Campbell, Edward T. Cotham and Nancy M. Terry (estate) sold the home to Ivor R. Ellul and Sophia S. Ellul on Thursday, Dec. 20. The 2,248-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1964 and is located in the Sharpstown Country Club Estates subdivision.
