Weekly sales roundup for Willow Meadows/Willow Bend, week ending Dec. 23

There were three sales in Willow Meadows/Willow Bend for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4826 Waycross St. Tito M. Galvez and Leah F. Sanchez sold the home to Samuel J. Rhoades on Friday, Dec. 21. The 1,852-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1955 and is located in the Willow Bend subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 4518 Kingfisher Drive to Leslie O. Ott and the sale of 9715 Greenwillow St. to Robert Anthony Jones.
