Weekly sales roundup for Westbury, week ending Dec. 23

There were five sales in Westbury for the week ending Dec. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 11426 Mullins Drive. Steven Budd and Darcy De Leon sold the home to Summaya Dribika and Munder Zagaar on Monday, Dec. 17. The 1,950-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1960 and is located in the Westbury subdivision.
