Registration open for Chinese cuisine cooking class

Registration is under way for a Chinese cuisine class Saturday, Feb. 9 at the Central Market Cooking School.

The course will be taught by Fuchsia Dunlop.

According to the school, this class is based on Dunlop's newest book, which features everyday recipes mainly from Southern China.

Class will be held from 6:30-9 p.m. and is for those ages 18 and older. Cost is $75.

The Central Market Cooking School is located at 3815 Westheimer Road, Houston.
