All Things Super Bowl cooking class scheduled for Jan. 26
Hotel Derek has scheduled an All Things Super Bowl cooking class for Saturday, Jan. 26.
The event will run from 4-5:30 p.m. at Hotel Derek, 2525 W. Loop S., Westheimer.
Hotel Derek Executive Chef Cunninghame West will teach the class.
According to a Hotel Derek release, "Attendees will work alongside Chef West to prepare barbecue portobello quesadillas; parmesan pita nibbles; chili-lime cashews and sweet chipotle nuts; potato skins with bacon, blue cheese and tomato; nachos with pork and pinto beans; meatball parmesan sliders and buffalo chicken sliders each perfectly paired with a chilled beer."
Cost for the class is $49.
