Weekly sales roundup for Afton Oaks/River Oaks, week ending Dec. 16

There were seven sales in Afton Oaks/River Oaks for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 19 Stalynn Lane. Guillermo Guefen sold the home to Margaret Regan and Fletcher Thorne Thomsen on Wednesday, Dec. 12. The 3,880-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1998 and is located in the Park at Post Oak subdivision.
