Weekly sales roundup for Central Southwest, week ending Dec. 16
There were 15 sales in Central Southwest for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2715 Knotty Oaks Trail. Jay S. Ginsburg and Lynn Regina Kenebrew sold the home to NPN Capital Partners LLC on Thursday, Dec. 13. The 1,192-square-foot, three-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1960 and is located in the Almeda Plaza subdivision.
