Weekly sales roundup for Meyerland, week ending Dec. 16

There were seven sales in Meyerland for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 8907 Endicott Lane. Michelle Lynn Biferno sold the home to Licata Construction LLC on Thursday, Dec. 13. The 2,217-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1955 and is located in the Meyerland subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 5426 Dumfries Drive to Jennifer Costner and Mitchell Costner and the sale of 5642 Dumfries Drive to David Meckley and Ilanit Meckley.
