Weekly sales roundup for Astrodome Area, week ending Dec. 16

There were seven sales in Astrodome Area for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7447 Cambridge St., Unit 94. Ashley E. Gullett, Colleen Gullett and John F. Gullett sold the home to Homecrest Properties Inc. on Friday, Dec. 14. The 1,181-square-foot, one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath home was built in 1980 and is located in the City Place subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1711 Old Spanish Trail, Unit 223, to Kenichiro Fujiwara and the sale of 2206 Naomi St. to Paggy Lee.

Sales volume was 12.5 percent lower than the previous week and 250 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Astrodome Area has averaged three sales per week during the last 12 months.
