Weekly sales roundup for Midtown, week ending Dec. 16
There were four sales in Midtown for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.
One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 105 Tuam St. Erik Fischer sold the home to Steven R. Kinnan on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The 2,545-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 2003 and is located in the Albany Square subdivision.
Other transactions include the sale of 2000 Bagby St., Unit 9420, to Cartus Financial Corp. and the sale of 1316 Cleburne St., Unit B, to Scott Dunlap.
Sales volume was 100 percent higher than the previous week and matched the volume of sales during the same week in 2011. Midtown has averaged two sales per week during the last 12 months.
