Bellaire grad Huang plays in California Institute of Technology loss to La Verne
Tiffany Huang, a graduate of Bellaire High School, is a junior guard for the California Institute of Technology women's basketball team.
Bellaire High School graduate Tiffany Huang played for the California Institute of Technology in a 96-56 loss at home against conference rival La Verne on Thursday, Jan. 3 at the Braun Athletic Center in Pasadena, Calif.
The junior guard and the California Institute of Technology are 1-11 on the season and 0-3 in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, the California Institute of Technology website reported.
The California Institute of Technology's next game is 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 5 at home against Pomona-Pitzer.
Huang, a 5-foot-3 junior guard for the California Institute of Technology, is a 2010 graduate of Bellaire High School. The Houston native is the daughter of Steve and Chennie Huang and is a mechanical engineering major.
