Weekly sales roundup for Central Southwest, week ending Dec. 9

There were 11 sales in Central Southwest for the week ending Dec. 9, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5606 Anderson Oaks St. 2012 Location LLC sold the home to Encarnacion Bochas Garcia and Ever A. Flores Loza on Friday, Dec. 7. The 1,152-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1979 and is located in the Anderson Oaks subdivision.
