Sales roundup for Braeswood Place, week ending Dec. 9

There were seven sales in Braeswood Place for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3101 Linkwood Drive. Marilyn A. Marshall and Milton V. Marshall sold the home to Shijing Liu and Yan Xia on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 1951, the 1,800-square-foot, two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home is located in the Knollwood Village subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 4009 Newshire Drive to Igor Vysotskiy and Lyubov Vysotskiy and the sale of 3838 Grennoch Lane to Nicholas Carling.
