Sales roundup for Braeburn, week ending Dec. 9

There were six sales in Braeburn for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5901 Cypress St. Patrick Michael Donovan sold the home to James Arthur on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 1954, the 1,640-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath home is located in the Braeburn Terrace subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 9319 Braes Bayou Drive to Andrea Zuniga and the sale of 8918 Bissonnet St., Unit 309 to Treehouse Branch 2 Homeowners Association.

Sales volume was 500 percent higher than the previous week and 20 percent higher than the same week in 2011.
