Sales roundup for Sharpstown, week ending Dec. 9

There were 12 sales in Sharpstown for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7111 Mobud Drive. Anthony Augustine (Estate), August Augustine, Karen Augustine, Margaret Mandola, Rosalie Passafuma, John Pepe and Josephine A. Pepe sold the home to Jose Fernandez on Friday, Dec. 7.
