Sales roundup for University Place, week ending Dec. 9

There were six sales in University Place for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2311 Sheridan St. Luke H. Bair sold the home to Alinas Realty I LLC on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 1940, the 4,051-square-foot, five-bedroom, three-bath home is located in the Windermere subdivision.
