Houston ISD middle schools' lunch menu for the week of Jan. 7 is as follows:

Monday, Jan. 7: No school

Tuesday, Jan. 8: Pasta with meat sauce, cheese pizza, beef and cheese burrito bowl, cheese quesadilla, green beans, peas, carrots, steamed corn, lettuce and tomatoes and sliced peaches

Wednesday, Jan. 9: Chicken nachos, beef soft taco, beef nachos, baby carrots, refried beans, lettuce and tomatoes and mixed berry dessert

Thursday, Jan. 10: Hamburger, sloppy Joe, beef and cheese burrito bowl, cheese quesadilla, baked fries, homestyle applesauce, steamed corn, lettuce and tomatoes and steamed peas

Friday, Jan. 11: Catfish with roll, turkey and cheese slider, cheese quesadilla, chicken soft taco, charro beans, lettuce and tomatoes, steamed corn, cucumber slices and fresh pear
