Weekly sales roundup for University Place, week ending Dec. 2

There were five sales in University Place for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2405 Glen Haven Blvd. Brock L. Wagner and Karen L. Wagner sold the home to Chad Mason and Shaunna Mason on Friday, Nov. 30. The 2,970-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath home was built in 1939 and is located in the Braeswood subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 1815 Bissonnet St. to Christopher Ian Tsang and the sale of 2523 Glen Haven Blvd. to Eric Nelson.

Sales volume was 400 percent higher than the previous week and 150 percent higher than the same week in 2011. University Place has averaged three sales per week during the last 12 months.
