Weekly sales roundup for Sharpstown, week of Dec. 2

There were four sales in Sharpstown for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 9602 Oregano Circle. Yan Wong sold the home to Ho Seong Pik and Ho Moi Yee on Thursday, Dec. 29. The 1,902-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1978 and is located in the Westwood Patio Homes subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 9201 Clarewood Drive, Unit 142 to Hong Xia Wu and the sale of 6413 Neff St. to Daniel B. Wilson and Sandra L. Wilson.

Sales volume was 20 percent lower than the previous week and 55.5 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Sharpstown has averaged seven sales per week during the last 12 months.
