Sales roundup for Afton Oaks/River Oaks, week ending Nov. 11

There were four sales in Afton Oaks/River Oaks for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4662 Merwin St. Jennifer L. Frasier, James P. Leif and Mathias John Leif sold the home to Patrick Chastang on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1950, the 1,896-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Afton Oaks subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 3735 Del Monte Drive to Teresa Louise Ribelin and the sale of 2211 Briarglen Drive, Unit 408 to McCarty Properties LLC.
