Sales roundup for Central Southwest, week ending Nov. 11

There were 13 sales in Central Southwest for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 5303 Jorns St. Miriam De Jesus Soto sold the home to Yessenia Carolina Martell on Friday, Nov. 9.

Built in 1960, the 1,834-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is in the Southwest Manor subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 11810 Longwood Garden Way to Laquisha Akpaffiong and Utip Akpaffiong and the sale of 12942 Belmont Legend Court to Secretary of Veterans Affairs.

Sales volume was 13.3 percent lower than the previous week and 40.9 percent lower than the same week in 2011.
