Bellaire incident report, Oct. 22

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents Monday, Oct. 22:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 3:59 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Alder Drive and Clarewood Drive.

At 7:49 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Chimney Rock Road.

At 4:49 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Chimney Rock Road.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:43 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Chimney Rock Road and Caversham Drive.

At 11:35 a.m. an EMS event occurred at Chimney Rock Road and Dashwood Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 12:59 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Chimney Rock Road and Dashwood Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 3:41 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fondren Road.

At 2:39 p.m. a fire event occurred at Fondren Road and Sanford Road.

An EMS event was reported at 2:18 p.m. at North Braeswood Boulevard and South Braeswood Boulevard.

An EMS event was reported at 12:39 p.m. at South Braeswood Boulevard and Atwell Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 11:59 p.m. at El Camino Del Rey and Chimney Rock Road.

At 6:02 p.m. an EMS event occurred at Fondren Road and Bankside Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 8:26 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fondren Road and Bankside Drive.

At 6:48 p.m. an a check patient incident occurred at Fondren Road and Wanda Lane.

At 6:08 p.m. an EMS event occurred at South Braeswood Boulevard.

At 7:28 a.m. a non-fatal major accident occurred at 5200 Beechnut St.

At 7:10 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 5401 Chimney Rock Road.

At 11:58 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 5501 W. Loop S.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 12:21 p.m. at 5700 Gulfton.

At 7:58 a.m. a minor accident occurred at 6400 W. Bellfort St.

An unknown accident was reported at 7:58 a.m. at 6400 W. Bellfort St.

A non-fatal major accident was reported at 7:44 a.m. at 6600 Chimney Rock Road.

At 4:06 p.m. a minor accident occurred at 9100blk West Loop South.
