ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Kimball Streeter

Q: Who is your greatest inspiration?
A: Jim Ryun, because of his story, his running career from high school through college and his struggles. He ended up just putting trust in the Lord and was able to be fulfilled through that. 

Q: Do you plan on running in college?
A: Yes. I’ll see how my track season goes, but I definitely want to run cross country, and I’ll probably run track as well.

Q: What are your options for college now?
A: Rice, Texas A&M, LeTourneau and Colorado School of Mines are some of the ones I’m seriously thinking about.

Q: What interests do you have outside of running?
A: I enjoy working on cars, and my dad has been teaching me to fly airplanes.
