Weekly sales roundup for Bellaire, week ending Sept. 16

There were five sales in Bellaire for the week ending Sept. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 4512 Valerie St. Toni Floyd, Charles J. and Toni C. Thomsen sold the home to Jason E. and Lee Anne S. Dixon on Sunday, Sept. 16. The 3,226-square-foot, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home was built in 1991 and is located in the Pinecrest Plaza subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 4302 Lamont Circle to Michael Randall Martin, Martin Stephen Neal and Virginia Lee Martin and the sale of 122 Phanturn Lane to Ray M. Gilliam.

Sales volume was 16.6 percent lower than the previous week and matched the volume of sales during the same week in 2011. Bellaire has averaged five sales per week during the last 12 months.
