The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Aug. 12-15:

A man was arrested on charges of evading arrest or detention and prostitution with 3 or more pr on Aug. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 44-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 14 and is facing class A misdemeanor and state felony charges. He resides in R Ranwrick.

A man was arrested on a charge of driving with an invalid license with a prior conviction or suspension without financial responsibility (insurance) on Aug. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 57-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 14 and is facing a class B misdemeanor charge. He resides in W Bellfort #836.

A Houston woman was arrested and charged with violating child support on Aug. 13, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 44, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 13 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. She resides in Birdwood Rd Apt.

A man was arrested by the Harris County Sheriff on a 1st degree felony charge of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, the Harris County Sheriff's Department reported. The 19-year-old male lives in Clarewood in Houston.

A man was arrested on charges of failure to appear, driving without a Texas operator's license, assault of a family member and possession of marijuana (0 to 2 grams) on Aug. 15, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 22-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Aug. 15 and is facing class C misdemeanor, class A misdemeanor and class B misdemeanor charges. He resides in Creekbend.
