Green Dress Run to benefit Girls on the Run
Early registration is now open for the Brian O'Neill's Green Dress Run 2012, taking place at noon on Saturday, Sept. 29. This year's run will benefit Girls on the Run of Greater Houston. The cost for early registration is $30, which includes one free raffle ticket and one additional beer ticket. The deadline for early registration is Saturday, Sept. 1, after which the registration cost is $40. To register, visit pubrunevents.com/2012-green-dress-run. Both registration prices include two beers, the two-mile fun run and entry to the post-party. All runners are required to wear green dresses and prizes will be awarded to the best-dressed male and female. Girls on the Run is a prevention program for girls in grades 3-8.
