Women's Business Enterprise Alliance to hold marketing seminar

Area women business owners can learn new tips for developing their company during a seminar hosted by the Women's Business Enterprise Alliance.   The session covers marketing on a shoestring budget, developing social media with branding strategies, and improving customer experience. It is open to any woman entrepreneur in the community, regardless of their company’s size or experience.   The seminar will take place from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Aug. 17 at 4800 Fournace Place, Bellaire. The cost is $40 for alliance members and $50 for nonmembers by Aug. 16. Prior registration is required.   Since the WBEA's inception in 1995, the number of businesses owned and operated by women has increased substantially. The nationally recognized council assists women business enterprises in growth and development.    For more information, visit www.wbea-texas.org.
