Planning and Zoning Commission to hold public forum
The Planning and Zoning Commission of Bellaire will hold a public forum at 7 p.m. July 12 at Civic Center at City Hall.
The commission is seeking input on zoning regulations for the downtown area and Bissonnet Corridor.
Topics such as ways to spur downtown reinvestment, opportunities for mixed-use development, appropriate neighborhood protections, increasing pedestrian and bicycle friendliness and ensuring quality development outcomes will be discussed.
City Hall is located at 7008 S. Rice Ave., In Belaire. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
