Amazing Spaces provides recycling services
Amazing Spaces is now offering four locations for Houston, Spring and The Woodlands residents to recycle e-waste.
The recycling drop-offs are located at Amazing Spaces Storage Centers at the following locations: 2414 West C, Houston; 10830 West Road, Houston; 9040 Louette Road, Spring; and 18250 IH 45 S., The Woodlands.
Acceptable e-waste items for recycling include computers, fax machines, printers, DVD players, VCR or beta players, cables and cords, radios, stereo components or hard drives. A complete list of acceptable items can be found at www.greenspotdropoff.org.
The items will be handled by GREENspot DROPoff, the largest e-waste collector in California. The items are sent to an R2 or e-Stewards-certified facility for recycling to be sorted, dismantled, shredded or both. The materials are then sent to manufacturers for reuse.
