VA Medical Center to hold Parkinson's forum
A forum on sleep disturbances in Parkinson's disease will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the fourth-floor auditorium of the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center, located at 2002 Holcombe Blvd. in Houston.
This event is presented by the Parkinson's Disease Research, Education and Clinical Center (PADRECC) and will be led by Max Hirshkowitz, Ph.D.
A question-and-answer session will follow the presentation with Hirshkowitz and movement disorder specialists Dr. Aliya Sarwar and Dr. Gabriel Hou.
Lunch will be provided. Valet parking is available.

PADRECC was established by the Department of Veterans Affairs to conduct research on Parkinson's disease such as biomedicine, rehabilitation, health services delivery and clinical trials.
