Children's Museum to host Superman's Birthday Bash
The Man of Steel makes an appearance for a supersized bash at the Children's Museum of Houston's 2012 Summer of Fun.
The Children's Museum of Houston will host a birthday bash for Superman at 1 p.m. June 30 at 1500 Binz, Houston.
Those who come dressed in superhero costumes on June 30 will receive $2 off admission.
The event will feature a supersized cake, dancing to the Superman song and singing "Happy Birthday."
At 2 p.m., the Super Obstacle Course Challenge will be set up in the Allen Family Courtyard.
Other events include an inventors' workshop on stop-motion animation, superhero yoga and superhero crafts.
General admission is $9 and $8 for seniors and military members.
