Rice to display weekly videos celebrating university's centennial
Rice University will be producing weekly videos exploring the history of the school to celebrate its upcoming centennial on Oct. 12.
Centennial historian Melissa Kean will be working with video producer Brandon Martin and associate professor of physics and astronomy Stanley Dodds to document historical elements of the university.
The subject of the videos will be the collection of physics equipment in Hertzstein Hall that dates back 100 years to when the Physics Department opened.
The video series will run through Oct. 12.
Rice University is located at 6100 Main St., in Houston.
