Shell principal sells Bellaire 4BD
Edmund A. Gaither and Carolyn K. Gaither sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4441 Darsey St. in Bellaire to Tyler Brochstein on July 17.
The Gaithers acquired the property in June 2009. The 2,720-square-foot home in Southdale was built in 2001. Harris County assesses the home's value at $508,000.
Edmund Gaither is a principal at Shell Petroleum Development Co. in Nigeria. Prior to joining Shell Oil Co., he served as an associate in new business development at Enron Corp. He has also served as a treasury intern at Exxon.
He has a B.S. in economics from Bates College and an M.A.L.D. from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. He also has an M.B.A. in international finance from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
