He likes hitting road when not hitting books
Cole Harrison, an eight-grader at Trafton Academy, said he loves to travel and has visited seven countries.
Among those he enjoyed most were Scotland and England. For others, he contributed to humanitarian efforts such as in Honduras and Mexico. He said he is looking forward to backpacking this summer in New Mexico with others from his Boy Scout troop.

Accomplishments: Described as a good student by his teachers, Cole recently volunteered feeding some of Houston's homeless population at First Methodist's annual "Street Party" and helped with handing out clothes.??Favorite class: History because he likes hearing stories about the past.??Favorite things to do after class: “Listen to music and play with my black lab. We often have foster dogs from the SPCA.” He added that he spends time with them to attend to their specific needs.??Favorite book: “ ‘The Hobbit’ because it was interesting and did not drag on and on.”??Favorite song or music: Loves all kinds of music.
