Employee blames Bellaire hospital for injurious fall
A woman is suing after, she says, she was hurt while working at a Bellaire hospital.
Lynella Hart filed a lawsuit on Thursday, May 17 in the Harris County District Court against Select Specialty Hospital-Houston, citing negligence.
Hart says on July 7, 2010, she suffered serious injuries while on the clock at Select Specialty Hospital, located at 2130 W. Holcombe in Bellaire. According to the brief, she slipped and fell in a puddle of water carelessly left on the floor.
Hart is seeking damages and court costs. She is being represented in the case by Houston attorneys Joseph Corteguera and Robert Lynch Jr.
