HS softball: Lamar defeats Bellaire

Lamar defeated Bellaire 6-2 in high school softball action Tuesday, April 10 in a District 20-5A match-up.

With the win, Lamar improves to 8-4 overall and 6-3 in district play.

Danielle Allen struck out eight on the way to the win.

Lamar will next host Madison at 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 13.

With the loss, Bellaire drops to 18-7 overall and 9-1 in district play.

Gabby Allatorre took the loss.
