Canterbury Choir to perform at St. Thomas' Episcopal Church
The Canterbury Cathedral Choir will perform at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10 at St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church, 4900 Jackwood at Endicott, Houston.
According to a press release, the choir from England sings to millions of visitors each year, but it doesn't travel often. Its last tour of the United States was in 2009.
The choir will be directed by David Flood, who hosts an annual children’s choirs festival in Canterbury and works regularly with American choirs. He be accompanied by David Newsholme on the organ.
Tickets for the concert cost $25-$50.
