Houston ISD seeks public input at meeting

All aspects of the HISD Police Department's policy and procedures, management, operations and support services are being examined by a team of assessors from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies.

HISD employees and members of the HISD community will have an opportunity to voice their comments, limited to 10 minutes, at a public information session at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 28 in the HISD PD cafeteria. Public comments will also be accepted by calling 713-842-3715, ext. 360 or 395 from 1-5 p.m. the same day or by fax at 713-842-3752.  All comments must pertain to the agency's ability to comply with CALEA standards.
