Bellaire landlord sues Missouri City resident over lease agreement
A Bellaire landlord is suing a former tenant, from Missouri City, over claims he breached their commercial lease agreement by failing to pay rent and abandoning the premises.
5555 West Loop South filed a lawsuit on Oct. 11 in the Harris County District Court against Missouri City resident Alejandro Giannotti and Bovay Engineers, citing breach of contract and tortious interference.
The plaintiff says it agreed to lease Giannotti commercial space at 5555 West Loop South in Bellaire, but he breached this agreement by failing to pay rent and abandoning the property.
5555 West Loop is seeking damages, attorney’s fees and court costs. It is being represented in the case by Houston attorney P. Kevin Leyendecker.
