Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, June 14

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Thursday, June 14:

Uriel Armando Munoz was indicted in the 435th District Court on a charge of possession with intent to deliver or manufacture a controlled substance.

Munoz is 21 years old, and resides in the 4922 Mohawk Lane, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Wednesday, March 14. Munoz was arrested that same day.

Fong Albert M. 713-223-4727 is Munoz's attorney.

Gordon Lane Iio was indicted in the 359th District Court on a charge of driving while intoxicated (3rd or more).

Iio is 45 years old, and resides in the 9250 Arledge St., Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Saturday, Feb. 25. Iio was arrested that same day.

Dustan Neyland is Iio's attorney.

The Houston Police Department reported the following incidents on June 14:

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 3:48 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Ariel Street and Bob White Drive.

At 12:36 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Bob White Drive and Vickijohn Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 1:41 a.m. at Fondren Road and Ludington Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 9:59 a.m. The Police Department was dispatched to Fondren Road and Sanford Road.

At 12:50 p.m., an EMS event occurred at Queensloch Drive and Albury Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 2:32 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to South Braeswood Boulevard and Braesmain Drive.

An EMS event was reported at 10:34 a.m. at South Braeswood Boulevard and Greenwillow St.

A motor vehicle incident was reported at 3:53 p.m. at West Loop South and

An EMS event was reported at 1:24 p.m. at West Loop South and W. West Loop S. Ob To Post Oak Uturn Ramp South.

An EMS event was reported at 10:56 p.m. at Dumfries Drive and Sandpiper Drive.

A call regarding an EMS event was received at 7:50 p.m. The Police Department was dispatched to West Loop South and W. West Loop S. Ob To Post Oak Uturn Ramp South.

Maria Longoria Lopez arrested on charge of prostitution 2nd

Maria Longoria Lopez was arrested on a charge of prostitution 2nd on June 14, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. Lopez, a 45-year-old white female, was booked at the Harris County Jail on June 15 and is facing and is facing aa class a misdemeanor charge. She resides at 11300 Fondren 4701. Read more...

Monica Shanell Smith released

Monica Shanell Smith has been released from custody, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Mrs. Smith's bond was set at $15,000. She is listed as living at 9801 Larkwood 1204 in Houston (77071). Smith was reportedly arrested on May 25, 2012 on one charge of theft under $1500 3rd offense. Read more...

The following cases were reported June 14 in County Court at Law 3, County Court at Law 4, 400th District Court and JP1-1.

Frederick Alonzo Hines, of Houston, was charged with a class A misdemeanor (domestic assault causing bodily injury with violence). The incident took place on April 17. Hines, born April 30, 1972, is a 5-foot-9 male, weighting 170 pounds. The prosecuting attorney is Elizabeth L. Lieb. The case number is 12-CCR-162376.

Tara Patrice Woods, of Houston, was charged with a class A misdemeanor (domestic assault causing bodily injury with violence). The incident took place on March 29. Woods, born June 15, 1970, is a 5-foot-5 female, weighting 250 pounds. The defense attorney is Joyce Phoenix. The prosecuting attorney is Mandana Mahmoudi. The case number is 12-CCR-162377.

Jarred Conrad Baker, of Houston, was charged with a class A misdemeanor (driving while intoxicated). The incident took place on May 18. Baker, born Nov. 30, 1982, is a 5-foot-9 male, weighting 200 pounds. The defense attorney is Lee Duane Cox. The prosecuting attorney is Laurel Ellisor. The case number is 12-CCR-162380.

Joe Nickolas Fiallos, of Houston, was charged with a class B misdemeanor ("possess marijuana 2oz"). The incident took place on May 6. Fiallos, born Nov. 25, 1986, is a 5-foot-10 male, weighting 270 pounds. The prosecuting attorney is Abdul Farukhi. The case number is 12-CCR-162381.

Troy Lee Boiser, of HOUSTON, was charged with a bond ("waiver of extradition UUW on person and drive while license suspended illinois license"). The incident took place on June 14. Boiser was born Dec. 7, 1989. The case number is 12-DCR-060593.

Nolberto A. Gonzales, of Houston, was charged with a traffic midemeanor (driving with no valid drivers license). The incident took place on June 4. Gonzales, born June 6, 1991, is a 5-foot-6 male. The case number is 12-JCR11-01729.
