Montgomery County District Court criminal felony indictments, April 10

Special to The Chronicle published Apr. 10, 2012

The Montgomery County district clerk reported the following criminal felony indictments Tuesday, April 10:

William Joseph Aragon was indicted in the 221st District Court on a charge of retaliation.

Aragon is 32 years old, and resides in the 15518 Faywood Drive, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Friday, Sept. 23. Aragon was arrested that same day.

Andrea Sadler is Aragon's attorney.



James Thomas Nealy was indicted in the 9th District Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Nealy is 40 years old, and resides in the 4110 Connervale, Houston.

The alleged offense reportedly occurred Wednesday, Feb. 29.

Robert Shubael Bartlett is Nealy's attorney.

An incident involving aggravated assault was reported at 10:20 p.m. in the 10900 block of Fondren Rd.

At 10:30 p.m., theft was reported in the 5400 block of Braesvalley Dr.

Yosef Tekie Gebremicael was cited for failure to maintain financial responsibility, operating with an expired operator's license and driving with expired registration, plates, according to Bellaire Municipal Court. Gebremicael was scheduled to appear at 7:30 p.m. on April 10.

The citation number is 0195000-01. The docket number is 0195000 01.
